Katsina State Deputy Governor, Mal Faruq Lawal Jobe, has directed the former management of Katsina United Football Club to hand over all documents in their possession to the current management.
According to a letter signed by Abubakar Saminu on behalf of the State Head of Civil Service, dated August 21, 2024, the directive follows the submission of the 2023/2024 season report by the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) to the current management.
The letter, copied to the Commissioner of Youth and Sports Development and the Chairman of Katsina United Football Club, emphasizes the need for a seamless transition and accountability.
This development comes as the club prepares for the new season, and the current management seeks to build on the progress made in the previous season.
